To continue being “Here for you”, we are seeking a Maintenance Scheduler to join our Maintenance team at the plant. Maintenance Scheduler – Maintenance Planning Engineer Are you motivated to coordinate resources, optimize processes, and ensure production maintenance operates efficiently? At Ontex, we seek a passionate professional with strong planning, organizational, and continuous improvement skills to join our Maintenance team. You will be responsible for coordinating resources, priorities, and maintenance activities to ensure the availability of our production equipment and directly contribute to plant performance. What will be your key responsibilities and challenges? Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure equipment availability and performance. Develop and update weekly and daily maintenance plans aligned with production priorities. Manage resources, workloads, and priorities, balancing preventive and corrective maintenance. Collaborate closely with Production, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure efficient execution of activities. Analyze deviations, monitor KPIs, and propose improvements in planning and resource utilization. What will make you successful in this role? Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field. Experience in maintenance planning or industrial environments — 2–5 years. Ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate multiple stakeholders. Collaborative, analytical, results-oriented profile with a holistic mindset. Flexibility and agility in learning and adapting to change. English proficiency sufficient to participate in international meetings with colleagues from other countries and/or the Group.
