At **SOSmatic**, a fast-growing technology company, we are looking for a **Payroll Technician** to join our Human Resources team and manage the labor lifecycle in a dynamic, collaborative, and high-activity environment.
**Responsibilities**
* Full payroll management: calculation, review, validation, and bank transfers.
* Tax filings (Forms 111 and 190\).
* Social Security registrations, cancellations, modifications, and settlements.
* Management of labor incidents (medical leaves, disciplinary actions, dismissals, etc.).
* Administration of variable compensation components (overtime hours, incentives, meal vouchers, allowances, etc.).
* Employee and manager support and assistance.
* Participation in audits, equality plans, regulatory compliance (LISMI, ISO), and INE surveys.
* Updating collective bargaining agreements, minimum wage (SMI), and contractual annexes.
* Monitoring and resolution of discrepancies in social security contributions.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations or related field.
* 4–5 years of experience in high-volume payroll processing.
* Solid knowledge of Spanish labor legislation.
* Proficiency in Excel (intermediate–advanced level).
* Fluency in Catalan and Spanish is mandatory.
* Dynamic, adaptable, proactive, and internally customer-oriented profile.
