**What will your day-to-day be like?**
* **Strategic Collective Bargaining:** Plan and lead negotiations of collective agreements and company agreements, seeking sustainable pacts with trade unions.
* **Labour Cost Control:** Analyse and model the economic impact of collective agreements to control labour expenditure and ensure long-term profitability.
* **Strike and Crisis Management:** Design and implement contingency plans for strikes, managing the crisis and minimising operational impact.
* **Legal Advice and Regulatory Compliance:** Act as internal legal expert to ensure compliance with labour regulations and prevent litigation.
* **Engagement with Social Partners:** Maintain smooth and constructive relations with RLPT to strengthen the working climate.
* **Conflict Mediation:** Establish formal mediation procedures to efficiently resolve individual grievances and collective conflicts.
**What do we expect from you?**
* Bachelor’s degree in Law. A Master’s degree in Labour and Social Security Law is desirable.
* 10–12 years of experience performing the same functions.
* English level B2\.
* Extensive experience leading collective agreement negotiations.
* Influential, rigorous, and highly organised.
