We seek a highly energetic, positively minded, and creativity-driven Kitchen Assistant capable of embodying and conveying the artistic and approachable spirit that defines our hotel. We aim to welcome someone who enjoys crafting dishes at our new restaurant Be Smart Food, paying close attention to detail, contributing ideas, and actively collaborating with the team to deliver a fresh, original, and identity-aligned gastronomic experience. We value dynamic individuals eager to learn and grow in an environment where innovation and teamwork are essential. **Job Description** What will your day-to-day look like? * Assisting in dish preparation. * Mise en place and organization of assigned station. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the kitchen. * Assisting in storage and preservation of raw materials. * Collaborating with the team to ensure agile and high-quality service. * Complying with food safety regulations and HACCP standards. * Contributing to the hotel’s creative, dynamic, and collaborative atmosphere.
