Their responsibility is to lead the success of large-scale or simultaneous projects/portfolios, transforming business objectives into executable plans and defining metrics to achieve those objectives. Through their consultative, influential, and executive-level (C\-level) communication skills, they ensure that operational teams’ work remains consistently aligned with the account’s overall vision and strategy. #### **Responsibilities** **01** **Develop, lead, and evolve the client’s global strategic plan** (covering one or multiple simultaneous projects), proactively managing its adaptation and updates in response to changing business priorities. **02** **Act as a trusted advisor with strong influence**, proposing strategic solutions, guiding decision-making, and translating the client’s objective vision to align business, product, and execution. **03** **Define, implement, and scale the program/portfolio-level framework (methodology and governance)**, ensuring regulatory compliance and synergistic integration of multiple workflows. **04** **Anticipate, consolidate, and actively manage strategic-level risks** from pre-sales stages onward—defending and driving large-scale action, mitigation, and contingency plans. **05** **Ensure transparent, timely, and strategic communication of program status to all stakeholders**, actively leading the high-level stakeholder map (C\-level) to facilitate key decisions. **06** **Maximize, measure, and communicate return on investment (ROI) and the real value of aggregated delivery**, grounded in strict adherence to agreed business objectives and strategic KPIs. **07** **Oversee and provide strategic support throughout the full project lifecycle**, guiding operational Agile Delivery Leaders (ADLs) to ensure on\-boarding, knowledge organization, and stable value delivery follow the global strategic directive. #### **You should have experience in:** **General competencies** * Executive-level communication (C\-level). * Presentation and storytelling skills. * Analytical and synthesis capabilities. * Leadership and teamwork abilities. * Negotiation skills. * Problem-solving skills. * Technical understanding of platforms and digital ecosystems to align solutions with client objectives. **Collaboration with the Governance Team** * Lead the rest of the Governance Team (GPS) in assessing the client’s macro-level risks and making strategic decisions (business and product vision) to support risk management across all projects. * Effectively communicate and cascade corporate decisions and the strategic roadmap to the Governance Team and operational project teams. * Serve as an escalation point, supporting ADLs (operational leads for each project) in unblocking issues requiring executive-level influence or significant deviations. * Facilitate collaboration and orchestrate GPS members (Governance Team) to ensure a unified, coherent front toward the client. * Maintain transparent, two-way, and assertive communication with both the Governance Team and the development team. #### **Why Paradigma?** ✅ **Freedom with responsibility** We trust people to organize their work flexibly—supporting a healthy balance between personal and professional life—without losing sight of our goals and the impact of our work.
