We are seeking an **Internal Controls \& SOX Analyst** to define, document, and consolidate the internal control model within a critical corporate independence context. ### **Your Challenges and Responsibilities** * + Design and evolve the Internal Control and SOX framework for financial processes in a post\-carve\-out independent entity environment. + Lead documentation of process narratives, walkthroughs, and RACI matrices to ensure control and governance. + Review and drive design and operational effectiveness testing of automated and manual controls (ITAC/ITGC) in SAP S/4HANA. + Serve as the primary point of contact for Internal and External Audit regarding SOX requirements and evidence. + Identify control gaps associated with the transition and propose and implement remediation plans. * ### **What We Are Looking For in You** * + 3–6 years of proven experience in Internal Controls, SOX Compliance, or Internal/External Audit. + Functional/operational knowledge of SAP S/4HANA from a controls and audit perspective (modules GL, AP/AR, or RTR). + Solid experience with the COSO framework and SOX Section 404\ requirements. + Advanced English proficiency (C1\), essential for international projects. + University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * ### **We Especially Value If You Also Have** * + Prior experience in carve\-out contexts or initial SOX framework implementation. + Experience with process mining or control automation tools. + Passion for learning, sharing ideas, and growing alongside the team. * ### **How We Will Measure Your Impact** * + Monthly achievement of project efficiency objectives. + Effective alignment with and execution of the strategic plan. * ### **What We Offer You** * + Competitive salary range based on experience and value. + Hybrid/remote work model with occasional visits to our Madrid offices. + Collaborative work environment focused on professional growth and technical excellence. + Opportunity to make your mark on a large-scale international project.
