Guided by our motto **QUALITY IS OUR MINDSET**, our purpose is to enable people to travel with complete peace of mind and confidence, ensuring every mode of transport meets the highest standards of quality and safety. **Are you ready to take the next step?** **INDUSTRIALIZATION AND PROCESS ENGINEER \- CASTING AND MACHINING** * High-impact project in the industrial automotive sector. * Stability: 1-year duration (July 2026 \- July 2027\). * Genuine professional development. * On-site working mode. * Location: El Prat de Llobregat. **Why work with us?** * Continuous innovation: here, each day brings new challenges, new ideas, and new solutions. * Real growth: we support your internal development through training and internal promotions. * Collaborative culture: we work as a team, celebrate achievements together, and learn from mistakes. **Your Mission** As an **Industrialization and Process Engineer**, you will lead the industrialization and optimization of casting and machining manufacturing processes to ensure components are produced to required quality, cost, and productivity standards. **Challenges You’ll Face:** * Provide technical support to Project Managers in analyzing, defining, and optimizing manufacturing processes—including layout, facilities, machines, tooling, gauges, automation, and materials. * Conduct technical process studies, including manufacturing times, capacities, and implementation timelines. * Monitor industrialization progress through to series production (PVS, 0-Series, SOP, acceptances, and homologations). * Develop and maintain technical process documentation. * Coordinate technically with Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Prevention, and external suppliers. **What Will Make You Succeed in This Role:** * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * 1\-3 years’ experience in productive process engineering within industrial environments. * Practical knowledge of technical coordination across multiple departments. **Your Selection Process:** 1\.
