From our **Rubí office**, we are recruiting an Industrial Painting Operator for a major company located in **EL PRAT DE LLOBREGAT**. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Surface preparation: Cleaning, degreasing, and stripping (sandblasting) of structures and machinery. * Paint application: Use of industrial equipment (airless sprayers, spray guns, or electrostatic systems) with epoxy and polyurethane paints. * Quality control: Measuring coating thickness (wet/dry) to ensure uniform finishes free of defects. * Maintenance and safety: Cleaning tools/booths and strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations (use of PPE and respirators). **We offer:** * Immediate integration into a sector-leading company. * Initial contract through PROMAN ETT, with potential for continuation. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:00 h; Friday, shortened shift until 14:30 h. * Salary: €13.72 gross per hour * Positive work environment and continuous support from the PROMAN team.
