The role involves managing the lifecycle of a portfolio comprising over six hundred real estate assets. The incumbent will ensure the proper contractual, operational, and financial performance of each property, coordinating with construction, facilities, finance, and legal teams to resolve incidents such as changes in ownership, construction works, or insurance claims. They will also manage contracts from inception through termination, including payments and documentation.
Additionally, the role includes participation in improving tools and databases to maintain up-to-date and reliable information. Demonstrable experience in asset management or lease administration is required, preferably in high-volume asset environments. Solid knowledge of contracts and strong coordination skills are essential. The Barcelona office offers flexible working hours: arrival between 7:00 and 9:30 AM, departure between 4:00 and 6:30 PM.
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate asset management or lease contract administration. Knowledge of contract management and coordination across multiple departments. Proficiency in asset management tools and advanced Excel skills. Experience in retail or high-volume asset portfolios, as well as financial knowledge for payment tracking, is highly valued.
