For a specific period, additional personnel are required to compensate for the new system’s initial limitations. Your mission will be to provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring agility, accuracy, and proper processing of quotations, contracts, and orders in corporate systems to optimize the commercial cycle. **Key responsibilities:** * Customer service (confirming data & information related to commercial activities). * Onboarding of customers and suppliers (data collection process, review, communication for integration into SAP). * Commercial area support, document management of operations. * Issuance and tracking of Flexibility Requests (ALP), Early Cancellations (ALP), fleet delivery and pickup notifications, zone encroachments (Dealers), and machine repurchases. * Issuance of proforma invoices, as well as tracking of advance-payment invoices included in quotations. * Document management for repurchases, order allocation, verification of correspondences, supplier invoices. Any other duties consistent with the corporate group or lower-level positions, or as assigned by your supervisor. * **Education, knowledge & experience:** * Vocational training in Administration, Commerce, or equivalent, with experience providing support in related sectors. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * SAP knowledge is desirable. Reading and writing proficiency in English is valued; it is beneficial to be able to understand received messages. * Desirable * Knowledge of CRM, SAP, or other management tools. Previous experience in commercial support. * **Competencies & skills:** * Analytical ability with attention to technical detail. * Proactivity in identifying needs and optimizing configurations. * Organizational skills and ability to prioritize across simultaneous projects. * Office software proficiency
