**Tasks and Qualifications:**

**Mission:**
Coordination of activities generated by the Commercial Department to ensure accurate and agile processing of orders to the factory, as well as related contractual documentation.
**Key responsibilities:**
* Customer service (confirmation of data & information regarding commercial actions).
* Onboarding of customers and suppliers (data collection process, review, communication for integration into SAP).
* Commercial department support, document management for operations.
* Issuance and tracking of Flexibility Requests (ALP), Early Cancellations (ALP), delivery and fleet pickup notifications, zone incursions (Dealers), and machine repurchases.
* Issuance of proforma invoices, as well as tracking of advance-payment invoices included in quotations.
* Document management for repurchases, order allocation, verification of correspondences, supplier invoices.
Any other duties consistent with the corporate group or lower-level roles, or as assigned by your supervisor.

**Education, knowledge & experience:**
* Vocational training in Administration, Commerce, or equivalent, with experience supporting related sectors.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* SAP knowledge is desirable.
English proficiency at reading and writing level is valued; ability to understand received messages is considered advantageous.

* Knowledge of CRM, SAP, or other management tools.
Prior experience in commercial support.
