The position involves comprehensive management of warehouse operations, including order preparation according to delivery specifications, which entails product selection, verification, and packaging. Efficient execution of truck loading and unloading tasks is required, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage and optimize operational time. Additionally, the professional will be responsible for preparing products for storage or dispatch, as well as conducting physical stock control through periodic inventories and updating records. A high standard of order and organization must be maintained within the warehouse space, with products properly classified and accessibility and safety of work areas guaranteed. Other responsibilities include safe operation of material handling equipment, collaboration with the logistics team to meet productivity goals, and adaptation to the company’s internal procedures. This role is essential to ensure smooth internal supply chain operations and end-customer satisfaction through accurate and timely service. Methodical working ability and proactivity in proposing improvements to existing logistics processes will be valued. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, on a split schedule from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 14:30 to 17:30. The company offers the possibility of using the on-site cafeteria for lunch. Salary compensation is determined in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal sector, ensuring a regulated remuneration framework. A permanent contract and employment conditions compliant with current legislation are offered. It is mandatory to hold an authorized forklift operator license for front-end and tri-directional forklifts, or alternatively, to demonstrate proven practical experience in operating such equipment. At least one year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment performing similar duties is required. The minimum educational requirement is Compulsory Secondary Education or equivalent.
