**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in activities related to rural development and nature conservation, is seeking to hire 1 Foreman \- Construction Works (Cuenca) in Cuenca **Workplace** -------------------- * Cuenca Address: Management offices **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Organize and prepare the tasks to be carried out, and, where possible, participate in their execution. * Interpret technical drawings, perform measurements and layout surveys, monitor personnel and machinery productivity. * Monitor and control quality and occupational health and safety. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the stated requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any stage of the process the supporting documents for the data declared in the application, as well as to require additional information from the candidate’s CV whenever such information is necessary to verify the requirements and/or merits detailed in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * You hold a vocational training qualification (FPI / Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle), Baccalaureate or BUP/COU, or FPII / Higher-Level Vocational Training Cycle in the fields of construction, agriculture, natural environment, or forestry. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Class B driving license **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * At least 20 hours of occupational risk prevention training ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Work experience in civil engineering projects * Work experience in building construction projects * Work experience in forestry projects * Proficiency in map management applications (e.g., ouxmpas, maps of Spain, etc.) * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel * Proficiency in virtual server storage applications (cloud) * Proficiency in elevated work platforms and aerial work baskets **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Temporary employment contract with an estimated duration of 6 months, extendable up to a maximum total of 12 months, if applicable + Full-time working schedule.
