Environmental Project Coordination Technician

We are currently seeking an **Environmental Project Coordination Technician** to join our team in coordinating information and awareness campaigns. **What will your responsibilities be?** As a Project Coordination Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of the project **EMT Informational Actions**, performing duties such as: * Comprehensive coordination and supervision of the project, ensuring adherence to planning and established objectives. * Management of personnel selection, onboarding, and team organization processes. * Daily planning, coordination, and monitoring of information staff, environmental educators, and support personnel; resolving incidents and ensuring smooth service operation. * Ongoing communication with client managers, maintaining a fluid relationship and tracking implemented actions. * Monitoring compliance with project objectives, preparing progress reports, and resolving incidents. * Organization and management of materials, uniforms, merchandising, and other resources required for campaign implementation. * Management of the personnel pool to cover substitutions, reinforcements, and new hires. * Logistical coordination of various actions and support in operational planning. Additionally, you will become part of SM’s technical team and collaborate in coordinating and implementing other environmental education and sustainability projects as organizational needs require. **What do we offer?** * Full-time employment contract (40 hours per week). * Standard working schedule from Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as required by weekend campaign participation. * Office-based work schedule, with arrival between 08:00 and 09:00 and departure between 17:00 and 18:00. * Annual gross salary of **€23.000**, for 40 hours/week, paid in 12 installments. * Opportunity to join an established company offering stability and participation in high-impact social environmental projects.
