Description

MISSION Repair of mobile terminals. Learning and development of functions within the technical and systems department, including pre-sales and post-sales activities, as well as installations and commissioning. FUNCTIONS: You will be part of the growth and development of the company's Technical Department, covering technical service, pre-sales, post-sales, and customer support. Under guidance and through learning, you will participate in the implementation of projects involving various technology solutions (Artificial Vision Robotics, AMR, MDM systems, etc.). PRE-SALES: Under guidance and through learning, you will support the commercial team in preparing proposals and quotations for solutions tailored to customer requirements. Configuration and Commissioning: Installation, assembly, configuration, and commissioning of devices/terminals at customers' premises. Technical Service and Post-Sales: Post-sales management with customers: Repair and maintenance of installed equipment (scanning, barcode, RFID, vision cameras, Wi-Fi infrastructure, etc.), both remotely and on-site. A valid driving license (Category B1) and flexible availability are required.
