To learn more about what it's like to work at Lidl, visit our careers website: https://empleo.lidl.es/ **What will your day-to-day look like?** ---------------------------- * Business partnering and liaison: You will serve as the key point of contact with various business areas. * Annual planning: You will coordinate budget tracking for assigned accounts. * Strategic support: You will prepare analyses to facilitate decision-making by Management. * Variance control: You will conduct continuous financial monitoring to identify and correct budget variances. * Project evaluation: You will analyze the profitability and feasibility of projects and initiatives jointly with departments. * Reporting to Management: You will prepare reports and presentations for National and International Management. * Continuous improvement: You will drive process optimization within Controlling and interdepartmental collaboration. * Data quality: You will ensure the rigor and reliability of financial information. **Are you the person we're looking for?** ------------------------------------- * Completed university degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, or related field). * Prior experience in Controlling, Finance, or Project Management. Previous experience in External Audit is a plus. * Intermediate level of German. * Proficiency in the Google Workspace environment (Sheets, Slides, etc.). Familiarity and agility using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for task optimization and analysis are valued positively. * Strong data management skills and analytical mindset. * Solution-oriented, autonomous profile with strong results orientation and team collaboration skills. * Excellent communication and interdepartmental collaboration abilities. * Experience with data models and tools such as BigQuery, MS Power Query, AppSheet, Apps Script, or Data Studio is a plus. **What we offer you** -------------------- * We provide tailored theoretical\-practical training aligned with your role, enabling you to successfully meet every challenge. * From the outset of the selection process, we guarantee objective evaluation criteria.
