Position Summary: We are seeking a Construction Manager to plan, execute, and supervise projects, ensuring feasibility, success, and profitability at Carrefour. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project planning and supervision, including permit acquisition. 2. Negotiation and oversight of technical and external teams. 3. Ensuring project feasibility and profitability. Carrefour seeks to incorporate a Construction Manager into our Assets Department, with the following responsibilities: * Plan execution phases of various Projects required to obtain permits (Urban Planning, Access, Business Activity, and Construction) from relevant public authorities. * Conduct Feasibility Studies for various Projects from Urban Planning, Construction, Commercial, and Economic perspectives, coordinated with the Expansion and Development Department, Management Control Department, and Operations Department, to ensure construction success and profitability. * Select, negotiate with, and contract technical teams and external collaborators to carry out construction using the best team and at the lowest economic cost. * Monitor and supervise construction execution regarding budget, schedule, and quality (site meetings, financial tracking, adaptation to the Company’s evolving trends) to ensure proper project development. Requirements: * Educational background: Technical Engineering degree (Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical), preferably with specialization in Electrical Engineering. * Proficiency in AUTOCAD. * Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience.
