The intern will undertake practical training in the **Digital Engineering \& Artificial Intelligence** department, collaborating with specialists applying artificial intelligence and data analytics to aeronautical engineering processes and digital transformation. **Training objectives** During the training program, the intern will have the opportunity to learn how artificial intelligence contributes to optimizing engineering processes within a leading aerospace company. Key learning activities will include: * Understanding the implementation strategy for Artificial Intelligence solutions across the engineering lifecycle, including the various phases of analysis, design, validation, and implementation of technology projects. * Collaborating in the analysis of engineering processes to identify improvement opportunities through the use of artificial intelligence, data analytics, and automation. * Learning how to interpret indicators and datasets enabling detection of inefficiencies, evaluation of results, and support for data-driven decision-making. * Participating in monitoring digital transformation initiatives aimed at improving engineering process efficiency, quality, and productivity. * Understanding coordination among multidisciplinary engineering teams, data specialists, information technologies professionals, and other areas involved in innovation projects. * Becoming familiar with change management methodologies, understanding how adoption of new technologies is facilitated within complex organizational environments. * Collaborating in preparing and reviewing documentation related to artificial intelligence projects, promoting appropriate information management and initiative tracking. * Learning the principles of validation, quality, and regulatory compliance applicable to artificial intelligence solutions in the aeronautical sector, understanding the importance of internal standards and regulatory requirements. This training project enables practical application of knowledge acquired during the Advanced Program, especially in the following areas: * Organizational management and leadership of digital transformation processes. * Data analytics applied to process improvement and decision-making. * Artificial intelligence as a tool supporting business innovation. * Change management and development of innovation-oriented organizations. * Continuous improvement, quality, and process optimization. * Development of key competencies such as analytical thinking, communication, collaborative work, and problem-solving in multidisciplinary environments. **Mentoring and follow-up** The intern will benefit from an individualized follow-up plan including: * Ongoing tutoring by professionals from the Digital Engineering \& Artificial Intelligence department. * Definition of training objectives and periodic review of progress. * Continuous feedback oriented toward developing technical and transversal competencies. * Guidance in understanding innovation methodologies, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation applied to the aeronautical environment. **Preferred qualifications:** * Interest in artificial intelligence, data analytics, and technological innovation. * Analytical capability and orientation toward continuous improvement. * Interest in digital transformation and process optimization. * Organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. * English proficiency sufficient to operate effectively in an international environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of data analytics tools, programming, or artificial intelligence will be considered an advantage.
