No two days are the same—and that’s precisely what makes it fun! In the morning, you’ll ensure our guests start their day the best way possible: preparing, replenishing, and clearing the breakfast buffet, serving coffee with a smile, and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. During bar shifts, you’ll prepare drinks and simple snack-style dishes, attend to guests, and ensure they feel relaxed and well looked after. You’ll also help things run smoothly behind the scenes—from washing utensils and keeping the kitchen clean, to preparing *mise en place* for the next day, so your colleagues can begin fully prepared. Additionally, you’ll carefully supervise compliance with **HACCP** regulations to guarantee food safety standards are always maintained, and manage stock orders to ensure nothing ever runs out.
