No two days are the same—and that’s precisely what makes it fun! In the morning, you’ll ensure our guests start their day the best way possible: preparing, replenishing, and clearing the breakfast buffet, serving coffee with a smile, and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. During bar shifts, you’ll prepare drinks and simple snack-style dishes, attend to guests, and ensure they feel relaxed and well looked after. You’ll also help things run smoothly behind the scenes—from washing utensils and keeping the kitchen clean, to preparing *mise en place* for the next day, so your colleagues can begin fully prepared. Additionally, you’ll carefully supervise compliance with **HACCP** regulations to guarantee food safety standards are always maintained, and manage stock orders to ensure nothing ever runs out. Your responsibilities include: * Welcoming and attending to guests with a positive and friendly attitude. * Preparing drinks and simple dishes. * Replenishing and clearing the breakfast buffet. * Keeping the restaurant, bar, and kitchen clean, organized, and welcoming. * Washing utensils and maintaining a tidy workspace. * Supervising and complying with **HACCP** guidelines. * Placing stock orders and managing inventory. * Preparing *mise en place* for the next shift. **Requirements** * Think creatively and unconventionally. * Are flexible and adapt easily. * Enjoy working in a team. * Are available for breakfast shifts (07:00 \- 13:00\) and bar shifts (17:00 \- 23:00\). **Additional Information** * An informal and friendly work environment. * Fun colleagues and team-building activities. * Excellent opportunities for professional development and growth. * Attractive additional benefits. * Employee discounts on food and accommodation. * Salary in accordance with the **Hospitality Industry Collective Agreement.**
