We are seeking a C++ Developer for Drone Simulation to work in León under a hybrid model, participating in the development of advanced simulators used for training, experimentation, and operational analysis. You will work on creating virtual scenarios where drones, aircraft, vehicles, sensors, communication systems, and other elements interact to safely and controllably replicate real-world operational situations. What will you do? * Develop C++ software for drone simulation systems. * Design and implement the behavior of aircraft, sensors, communication systems, and other entities within virtual scenarios. * Participate in the integration of software components into complex simulators. * Work on the evolution and enhancement of training and operational analysis scenarios. * Collaborate with simulation, software, systems, and integration teams. * Develop functionalities focused on interaction among different scenario elements. * Participate in developing solutions based on artificial intelligence and advanced behaviors. * Apply agile methodologies in long-term technology projects. What are we looking for in you? **✅ Education:** Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Physics, or related field. **✅ Minimum Experience:** 3–4 years of software development experience with C++. **✅ Technical Knowledge:** * Advanced C++ programming. * Software development for complex systems. * Process management and software architecture. * Component and system integration. * Agile methodologies (Scrum). * Version control with Git. **✅ Valuable Functional Knowledge:** * Video game or simulator development. * Unity or Unreal Engine. * Artificial intelligence applied to simulation. * Communication systems. * Sensors and embedded systems. * Avionics or aerospace systems. **✅ Key Competencies:** * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Interest in simulation and emerging technologies. * Teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration. * Focus on software quality and continuous improvement. **✅ Languages:** * Advanced English.
