Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to participate in planning, budget and variance analysis, and preparation of strategic reports, supporting Management and operational departments in key decisions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Active participation in budget planning and analysis. 2. Preparation of strategic reports and presentations. 3. To learn more about working at Lidl, visit our careers website: https://empleo.lidl.es/ **What will your day-to-day look like?** ---------------------------- * You will participate in planning processes, ensuring adherence to budget, deadlines, and guidelines, analyzing details and assumptions jointly with operational areas. * You will analyze the budget (month-end closing), variance analysis, anticipate monthly closing, prepare summaries, and conduct weekly ratio tracking. * You will prepare and coordinate strategic reports and presentations for National and International Management. * You will conduct ad\-hoc analyses to support decision-making. * You will participate in the financial review of project profitability studies. * You will support Management and operational departments in strategic decisions, including participation in regular meetings with operational areas (Logistics, Sales, HR, CSR). You will participate in and/or lead cross-functional national and international corporate projects or those specific to your department. * **Are you the person we are looking for?** ------------------------------------- * Completed university degree (preferably in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or related field). * Prior experience in a management control department. * Advanced proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace. * High-level English (C1).
