Position Summary: We are seeking an audiovisual technician with comprehensive experience in production, post-production, and live event broadcasting, and expertise in Adobe tools and DaVinci Resolve. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive experience in audiovisual production, post-production, and live broadcasting. 2. Proficiency in ENG, DSLR, mirrorless cameras, and audio systems. 3. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve. End-to-end audiovisual production tasks, from acquisition to final post-production. Video and audio recording, editing, and processing for in-person, hybrid, and live-streamed events. Proficiency in ENG, DSLR, mirrorless cameras, and audio systems is required, as well as workflow management to ensure quality in corporate, institutional, and social media environments. Key responsibilities include multi-camera direction, live sound control, photo editing, and mastery of the Adobe suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator) and DaVinci Resolve. Experience applying artificial intelligence in editing, and basic or intermediate graphic design knowledge to enhance audiovisual deliverables, is highly valued. This position requires technical autonomy, organizational skills to manage teams and equipment, and collaboration with creative and technical professionals. Adaptability to diverse formats and the ability to work live under pressure are essential. Hybrid work model with flexible hours in Madrid. Open to candidates with disabilities. Professional experience as an audiovisual technician for in-person, hybrid, and live-streamed events is required. A disability certificate indicating a disability level of at least 33% is mandatory. Proficiency in the Adobe suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects), DaVinci Resolve, and photographic editing tools (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator) is required. Knowledge of ENG, DSLR/mirrorless camera operation, gimbal usage, and microphone, audio mixer, and external recorder handling is essential. Experience in event photography, portraiture, and corporate production is required. Skills in multi-camera direction, live video and audio acquisition and control, and streaming platform operation are mandatory. Basic/intermediate graphic design knowledge and experience using AI tools for video and creative applications are considered advantageous.
