Architect \- Review of Grant Files (Granada) **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 1 Architect \- Review of Grant Files (Granada) in Granada **Workplace** -------------------- * Granada **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Technical support for inquiries from interested parties regarding the call. Support in reviewing and verifying applications, and assistance in preparing requests. * Support in reviewing and analyzing documentation, as well as in drafting technical reports and proposals. * Support in preparing draft and final resolution proposals. Control and review of documentation submitted by applicants. * Support in preparing final construction documentation. * Verification of investment prior to disbursement of the grant. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated through assessment tests and/or by attaching the required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any time during the process documentary evidence supporting information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits detailed in this job vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * You hold a degree in Architecture or a Bachelor’s + Official Master’s Degree qualifying you to practice Architecture (MECES Level 3) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) **Merits (Assessable)** ------------------------ ### **Prior Experience** * From 3 months up to 2 years of experience in administrative management of European Union funding grants (specify in CV). * From 3 months up to 4 years of experience in drafting rehabilitation projects with improved energy efficiency in buildings (specify in CV). * From 3 months up to 2 years of experience in preparing Energy Efficiency Certificates (specify in CV). * From 3 months up to 2 years of experience in drafting building evaluation reports (specify in CV). * From 3 months up to 1 year of experience using the REHABILITA software tool (specify in CV). **Observations** ----------------- * OFFERED: Temporary contract with an estimated duration of 5 months, linked to implementation of the assignment described in the announcement under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time employment.
