Job Summary: This Applications Engineer position involves providing customer support from commissioning through to incident resolution, collaborating on international projects utilizing various energy management technologies. As an Applications Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our customers: from commissioning solutions, through on-site installation assistance, to resolving technical incidents—both remotely and directly at the customer’s site. You will participate in the entire project lifecycle and collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to ensure reliable and efficient operation of our solutions. You will work with a broad portfolio of technologies, including engine control, hybrid systems, cogeneration, or generator set applications, across diverse sectors and international projects. **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain in-depth functional knowledge of ComAp’s full product portfolio * Interact with customers to understand their technical requirements * Collaborate on specification, installation, commissioning, and training for ComAp controls to meet customer requirements * Deliver internal and on-site training to new and existing customers * Review wiring diagrams and schematics; CAD experience is valued * Provide high-level technical support via on-site and remote communication (telephone and email) * Collaborate with the sales team in preparing project specifications, engineering travel reports, change requests, and other reports as required * Ensure customer satisfaction through design, specification, installation, operation, and support of ComAp products—aligned with customer requirements and company strategy * Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and satisfactory fulfillment of customer requirements * Prepare documentation for applications and technical services * Collaborate in the design and development of new and existing products * Must be willing to travel **Qualifications** * More than 3 years of experience in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, ideally in Application Engineering * Enthusiasm for the industry and for working in the energy sector * Spanish language proficiency for customer communication * English language proficiency for internal company communication * Willingness to travel up to 50% of working time * University education and experience in a similar role—highly desirable * Willingness to travel up to 50% of working time **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary plus performance-based bonus * Participation in interesting projects with global and regional reach * Flexibility as one of our core company values * Opportunity to join a Czech-based company successfully selling its products in over 100 countries worldwide * Professional development and continuous training opportunities * A collaborative and supportive team environment Salary: Starting from 3\.000,00€ per month Experience: * Application Engineering: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote work in Moralzarzal, Madrid province
