We are seeking an organized, rigorous, and responsible individual with strong follow-up skills and attention to detail, who will help ensure information reliability, documentary traceability, and compliance with established procedures.
**What Will You Do?**
As an Administrative HR Technician, you will be responsible for administratively managing and controlling working hours registration and preventive training processes, reporting to the Human Resources Management team while providing support and coordinating with various business units and external providers.
Additionally, you will provide cross-functional administrative support to different departmental areas, contributing to the correct execution, monitoring, and traceability of their processes.
**Your Challenges and Responsibilities:**
* Manage employee onboarding, ID cards, and data updates for workers in the time-tracking tool.
* Review shifts, clock-in/out records, working hours, and rest periods, identifying and handling any incidents that may arise.
* Coordinate resolution of working hours registration incidents with workers and department heads, ensuring proper documentary traceability.
* Request and coordinate occupational risk prevention, gender equality, and anti-harassment training, tracking enrollments, attendance, and certificates.
* Maintain updated records and corresponding files, ensuring confidentiality, preservation, and availability of documentation.
* Perform administrative follow-up on invoices related to training activities, verifying alignment with services rendered.
* Collaborate with the Human Resources team and various internal stakeholders to ensure orderly, reliable, and efficient management.
* Support other Human Resources areas in administrative, archival, and documentary management.
* Update departmental databases and information systems, ensuring data quality and reliability.
* Prepare necessary documentation, lists, and monitoring reports for departmental process control.
* Provide administrative support in recruitment, onboarding, training, prevention, and other projects carried out by various Human Resources areas.
**What Are We Looking For in You?:**
An organized, responsible, and meticulous individual with strong follow-up ability, compliance orientation, and attention to detail. Discretion, integrity, and a high level of confidentiality when handling employment-related information are essential.
**Requirements and Experience:**
* Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Finance, or studies in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Administration, or related fields. Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably within an HR department.
* Proficiency in office software, especially Excel. Experience with time-tracking applications and basic knowledge of Occupational Risk Prevention are valued.
* Ability to manage documentation, databases, and corporate applications.
* Experience with time-tracking tools, HR management platforms, or document management systems is desirable.

Salary: €18,800.00–€22,000.00 per year
