




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to handle general accounting tasks, issue and receive invoices, coordinate travel arrangements, and manage safety documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Telephone support and email management. 2. Invoice accounting and control of receivables and payments. 3. Support in basic accounting tasks and procurement management. We are looking to incorporate an Administrative Assistant into our Quality and Technical Management Unit, based in Barcelona (Sant Celoni area). The selected candidate will be responsible for managing general accounting, issuing and receiving invoices, coordinating travel, and handling safety documentation.
