Job Summary: We are seeking a commercial profile for a rapidly expanding real estate company, focused on property acquisition, operational support, and customer service — playing a key role in portfolio generation and business development as the owner's agent. At LMT Asset Management, we are looking to hire this profile for a **rapidly expanding real estate company**, with growing presence in the region and a business model focused on revenue generation and close customer relationships. We aim to add to our Huesca team a commercially oriented individual who combines property acquisition responsibilities, operational support, and in-person customer service. The role will primarily focus on acting as the **owner's agent**, playing a pivotal role in local portfolio generation and business development. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * **Real estate asset acquisition and lead management** (by phone and in person), driving portfolio growth. * **Support during notarial signings**, assisting in transaction closing processes. * **Basic office administration** and **customer service**. **What will your day-to-day look like?** You will actively participate in the **commercial and operational process**, supporting operations, attending notarial signings (earnest money deposits and purchase agreements), verifying documentation alongside the **back-office team**, and accompanying clients at critical closing moments. Additionally, you will play a fundamental role in **in-office customer service**, managing **in-person leads**, explaining new construction developments, recording activities in the CRM, and routing each opportunity to the appropriate agent.
