As part of our positioning as a leading company in the defense sector, we aim to strengthen our team with an Innovation Project Manager for Microelectronics for strategic defense-related projects.
What will you do?
* Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of the microelectronics innovation project portfolio, ensuring compliance with technical objectives, timelines, budget, and funding requirements.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, hardware, software, laboratory) and national and international partners.
* Manage microelectronics innovation projects end-to-end, from definition through to closure.
* Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and KPIs, as well as prepare progress reports.
* Serve as the technical liaison with funding agencies and partners.
* Act as the project contact point within the Innovation Programs Office.
* Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
* Ensure project alignment with the technology roadmap and electronics innovation strategy.
* Prepare technical reports, justification documentation, and compliance with PMO standards.
* Technical and economic project planning: scope, schedule, resources, and risks.
* Support preparation of new innovation proposals and calls for tenders.

* 3–5 years of experience managing innovation projects, preferably in microelectronics or related technologies.
* Experience in collaborative projects or international environments.
* Knowledge of managing nationally and European-funded projects (CDTI, Horizon Europe, etc.).
* Experience with programs such as CDTI, Horizon Europe, EDF, or similar.
* Familiarity with the full public funding cycle: application, execution, and justification.
* Project management training (PMP, Agile, or other methodologies).
* Experience in laboratory environments, hardware development, or microelectronics.
* Proficiency in project planning tools, e.g., PMP, Agile, or other methodologies.
