Eligibility Requirements** **2\.1 General Requirements for Admission** \- Certified oral and written proficiency in the Catalan language equivalent to **Level B2** as defined by the Directorate General of Linguistic Policy, or equivalent *(certificate or official document proving this level must be submitted).* \- Possession of a **Class B driving licence**, required to **travel** between the 25 waste facilities in the region. \- Availability to **work weekends**, as they form part of the working schedule. **2\.2 Specific Requirements that will earn points during the evaluation phase** \- Two years’ experience in positions involving customer service or direct public interaction (e.g., hospitality, catering, reception, etc.). \- Two years’ experience in warehouses or logistics departments involving tasks such as material sorting, loading/unloading, recording incoming goods, maintaining order and cleanliness of premises, etc. \- Six months’ experience in the waste sector performing duties related to waste management, street cleaning or environmental services. \- Experience using technologies in the workplace (e.g., computers or PDAs). **3\. Job Responsibilities** · Open and close the waste facility at scheduled times. · Attend users courteously and amicably, clarifying their doubts regarding facility operations. · Assist users in unloading waste at the facility, if necessary. · Inform users—and municipal work crews—about the correct location and method for depositing each type of waste. · Record incoming and outgoing waste. · Keep the facility clean and orderly. · Daily inspection and reporting of incidents (e.g., illegal dumping at entrances, holes, water leaks, damage, etc.). · Notify supervisors of any incident arising. · Collect the applicable public fee when required.
