Collaboration with fisheries inspection and data exchange Technicians \- Electronic Logbooks on Board (Madrid) **Positions Available** ---------------------- 4 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 4 Technicians to provide support in managing Electronic Logbooks on board in the Community of Madrid. **Workplace** -------------------- * Community of Madrid **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Registration of vessels at the communications center and associated documentation * Monitoring transmissions of electronic fishing logbooks (DEA or iPesca) * Monitoring prior notifications for bluefin tuna transfers * Monitoring advance notices for pelagic species * Supporting the sector in monitoring and resolving incidents * Collaborating with fisheries inspection regarding information contained in electronic fishing logbooks * Exchanging data with other Member States, EFCA (European Fisheries Control Agency), DG Mare (Directorate-General for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, EU), and third countries **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching necessary documentation in the "Annexes" section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as requesting additional information from the curriculum vitae, whenever such information is necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for the advertised position. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Spanish Baccalaureate (BUP/COU), FP I or CFGM, FP II or CFGS (officially recognized in Spain), or have at least six months of proven professional and/or academic experience relevant to the position offered and/or its functions. ### **Prior Experience** * Minimum six months of professional experience in telephone customer service ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data series) (to be verified during technical assessment) * Advanced proficiency in Outlook (to be verified during technical assessment) * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Word (styles, borders, document review) (to be verified during technical assessment) * Availability to work morning, afternoon, and/or night shifts according to the established schedule **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Additional Meritorious Factors** * Professional experience managing shared Outlook mailboxes * Advanced proficiency in Word (automatic table formatting, cell alignment, footnotes, mail merge) (to be verified during technical assessment) * At least seven months of professional experience in telephone customer service * At least six months of professional experience using fishing applications * At least six months of professional experience preparing reports in Excel **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract of approximately 13 months, with possible extension if applicable, respecting the maximum duration limits established by current labor legislation for each contractual modality. Contract type and duration will depend on the hiring rationale, project, and circumstances of the selected candidate(s). + Full-time schedule from Monday to Sunday. Service operates 24x7 with rotating shifts according to a pre-established schedule, including a minimum of one night shift per month.
