Salary: €1900 per month gross. Responsibilities: Plans and coordinates client projects, ensuring scope, quality, timelines, and budget compliance. Collaborates with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to guarantee efficient and cost-effective delivery, maintaining constant, results-oriented communication. Main job tasks include: Planning the project, defining scope, and gathering and validating requirements with the client; Coordinating internal and client stakeholders to allocate resources according to quality, cost, and schedule; Analyzing risks and preparing contingency plans, implementing corrective and preventive actions; Leading internal and external teams for project execution and delivery; Creating and monitoring the project schedule, ensuring on-time deliveries; Optimizing processes to improve quality, client satisfaction, and efficiency; Reporting progress, scope, and finances to stakeholders periodically or as required; Keeping financial systems up to date and documenting processes and knowledge. Over 2 years’ experience as a Project Manager. Education level: University degree, preferably in Translation and Interpreting, Philology, or related fields. English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate). Experience: Demonstrable experience managing projects in dynamic, client-oriented environments, ideally in translation or localization. Knowledge of the translation industry, including its technologies, processes, competencies, and emerging trends. Proven success managing high-volume accounts and projects. Ability to critically assess processes and propose improvements, with experience in idea development and process optimization. Experience in financial management, budget control, and budget versus actual tracking. Client relationship management and business development skills to drive organic growth. Willingness to travel for work commitments. * Experience: 24 months.
