




Job Summary: We are seeking a Team Leader to plan, organize and supervise staff, manage services, control materials, maintain employment documentation, and provide occasional support in cleaning tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Staff management and interaction, organization and resolution of incidents. 2. Planning, organizing and supervising service tasks. 3. Occasional support in cleaning services. We require a Team Leader for a 6-hour daily schedule, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 to 13:00 h. Plan, organize and cover staff vacations. Manage and reorganize services in cases of sick leave. Supervise clients and ensure proper service delivery. Monitor material consumption and expenditure. Keep all staff employment documentation up-to-date and signed. Occasionally assist in cleaning services, performing cleaning tasks. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Experience in staff management and interaction, organizational ability and incident resolution. Basic computer skills. * Availability of a vehicle * Driving license: B * Indefinite-term employment contract * Part-time morning shift (30 hours \- monthly working hours) * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1600' to '1800' * Other relevant information: All travel during working hours will be compensated.
