We seek professionals eager to grow, innovate, and join a team where excellence is part of everyday practice. **Join Our Team** **Position:** Operating Room Coordinator **Location:** Quirónsalud Valle del Henares Hospital. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and facilitate activities related to the healthcare process, ensuring optimal quality for the professionals under coordination by applying discipline-specific knowledge and following center-defined guidelines based on area-specific clinical protocols, thereby contributing to delivery of excellent-quality service. * Verify that tasks and activities comply with medical and nursing protocols, established healthcare processes, and workflows. * Ensure adequate stock levels of pharmaceuticals, healthcare products, and warehouse supplies for the unit, and control related inventory items. * Supervise maintenance, preservation, and proper handling of unit equipment. * Anticipate required surgical instruments and equipment for the unit based on scheduled surgical interventions. * Motivate unit staff to achieve Group-defined performance indicators. **What We Offer:** * Immediate hiring. * Permanent contract. * Full-time schedule Monday through Friday, afternoon shift from 14:30–22:00.
