**Nursing Director and Coordinator** ------------------------------------------ **At Miraflores Hospital**, we are seeking an experienced professional in nursing team management and coordination who wishes to assume a key role in organizing clinical activities and continuously improving care quality and patient safety. If you are motivated to lead teams and contribute to the growth of a hospital undergoing constant evolution, we would like to meet you. **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** ---------------------------- ### **Clinical Management** * Coordinate and supervise clinical activities across Outpatient Clinics, Inpatient Units, Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Operating Rooms, and External Consultations. * Ensure care quality, patient safety, and continuity of care. * Manage incidents related to admissions, discharges, transfers, hospital occupancy, and other situations affecting clinical activities, in coordination with Medical Management. * Supervise accurate completion of clinical documentation, treatments, records, and informed consents. * Ensure compliance with established clinical procedures, protocols, and standards. ### **Organizational and Resource Management** * Coordinate bed management and operational organization of clinical units. * Supervise availability and proper use of material resources and clinical equipment. * Guarantee control and replenishment of medical supplies, pharmacy stock, and other resources required for clinical activities, promoting efficient use of available resources. * Supervise proper functioning and maintenance of equipment and facilities within units under responsibility. * Drive initiatives aimed at optimizing resources and improving clinical organization. ### **People Management** * Organize, coordinate, and supervise the work of nursing staff, nursing assistants (TCAE), and orderlies. * Participate in planning and monitoring of shifts, coverage, leave requests, vacations, and staffing needs, providing clinical support when necessary. * Identify training needs and foster professional development of teams. * Collaborate in onboarding, integration, and follow-up processes for new professionals. * Supervise and support practical training of students and professionals undergoing training. * Promote a collaborative work environment focused on clinical excellence. ### **Coordination and Continuous Improvement** * Serve as the nursing reference point for inter-unit and inter-departmental coordination. * Maintain fluid communication with Medical Management and other involved departments. * Coordinate actions with Admissions, Human Resources, Pharmacy, Operating Rooms, Radiology, Laboratory, External Consultations, and other support services. * Develop, implement, and update clinical protocols, procedures, and care pathways. * Monitor clinical, operational, and quality indicators, driving continuous improvement and innovation initiatives. * Promote adherence to quality and patient safety standards, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring correct implementation of corrective actions. **✨ What do we offer?** --------------------- * Indefinite-term contract. * Full-time position. * Flexible working hours. * Opportunity to join a growing hospital undergoing constant evolution. * Active participation in clinical improvement and innovation projects. * Excellent working environment and collaborative culture. * Integration into a highly qualified professional team. * Professional development opportunity in a strategically impactful role within the organization. ‍* **️ What do we require from you?** * Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Nursing. * Valid professional registration. * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in clinical leadership roles, nursing team coordination, or unit management. * Postgraduate training in Healthcare Management, Nursing Services Management, or related fields will be valued. * Knowledge of healthcare organization, team management, clinical quality, and patient safety. * Leadership, planning, and decision-making capabilities. * Communication, coordination, and incident resolution skills. * Organizational ability, responsibility, and orientation toward continuous improvement. * Proactive attitude, commitment, and service-oriented vocation. **About Ribera Salud** ---------------------- Ribera Salud is a healthcare group operating across several autonomous communities, committed to transforming and innovating healthcare management.
