The selected candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive care and attention of residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. **Main Responsibilities:** * Providing direct attention to residents during their daily basic activities (hygiene, feeding, mobility, etc.). * Assisting with postural changes and mobilizations. * Observing and reporting incidents or changes in residents' conditions. * Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in residents' surroundings. **Requirements:** * Qualification as a Technical Assistant in Nursing Care (TCAE) or equivalent. Recognition required for qualifications obtained outside Spain. * Vocation for caring for elderly people. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Responsibility, empathy, and humane treatment. **Offered:** * Full-time position. * Salary according to collective agreement. **Start Date:** Immediate.
