The MAIN FUNCTIONS of the nurse at the dual pathology reintegration residence fall within the areas of health and self-care, as follows: * Initial assessment in the areas of health and self-care. * Definition of objectives, monitoring, and evaluation in the areas of health and self-care. * Monitoring the health of service users, ensuring their access to appropriate health centers. * Organizing and conducting medication regimen follow-up, as well as internal and external medical appointments for residents. * Guiding and supporting residents in performing Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) related to health and self-care. * Nutritional review of the weekly menu. * Leading responses to any healthcare emergencies that may arise. * Conducting group sessions on health and self-care, and supporting other professionals in delivering such sessions. * Supervising the weekly menu. OFFERED CONDITIONS: * State Agreement on Social Action and Intervention — Professional Classification: Professional Group I * Position / Reporting line: Project Coordination and General Coordination of Social Intervention * Contract type: Indefinite-term (6-month probationary period) * Working hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) * Schedule: Monday to Friday, with possible schedule flexibility. * Workplace: Dual Pathology Reintegration Residence, Madrid, near Pacífico metro station. * Work modality: On-site * Remuneration conditions: As stipulated in Chapter XI of the applicable Collective Agreement, the expected salary is Base Salary Group I (€26,284.42 per year) **Profile:** We seek a healthcare professional to fill a Nurse position at an interdisciplinary residential facility serving individuals undergoing treatment for dual pathology. For this role: The following requirements are MANDATORY: * University degree in Nursing * Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience providing care to individuals undergoing addiction treatment, or minimum 100 hours of training in addiction-related topics; minimum 10 hours of training on gender equality. * Knowledge: Understanding of dual pathology. * Competencies: Ability to work with groups, manage conflict situations, negotiate, etc. For our organization and this project, the following qualifications are VALUABLE: * Experience working with individuals affected by dual pathology. * Valid driver’s license. * Disability certificate indicating disability level of 33% or higher. * Belonging to vulnerable groups. * Availability and schedule flexibility. * Additional training in Environmental Studies. **Competencies:** Problem analysis and resolution, Initiative and autonomy, Flexibility, Leadership capability, Organization and planning, Technical and personal reliability, Interpersonal communication, Teamwork, Negotiation skills **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Full-time **Duration:** Indefinite-term **Salary:** Between €24,001 and €30,000 gross/year **Minimum Education:** Bachelor's degree **Minimum Experience:** At least 2 years **Start Date:** 30/07/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
