Job Summary: We are seeking a metalworker to join the production team, responsible for manufacturing, assembling, and finishing metal structures, operating industrial machinery, and interpreting technical drawings. The candidate will join the production team, responsible for manufacturing, assembling, and finishing metal structures. Duties will include sheet metal cutting and forming, operating industrial machinery such as press brakes, shears, and radial drills. Interpreting technical drawings and working with high-precision measurements will also be required. A dynamic and professional work environment will be provided, with an intensive morning schedule. The salary will be competitive, aligned with the metalworking collective agreement, and supplemented by productivity-based incentives. Additionally, continuous training will be provided for professional development. * Proven experience as a metalworker. * Knowledge of industrial tools and machinery operation. * Experience in industrial or heavy manufacturing environments is desirable. * Positive attitude, responsibility, and enthusiasm to become part of a strong team. * Personal vehicle for accessing the facilities (preferred).
