Summary: We are seeking flatwork operators for an industrial laundry, responsible for pressing hotel linens and performing associated production process tasks. Highlights: 1. Operation and feeding of industrial calendering machines 2. Quality control of garment pressing and finishing 3. Support for other tasks in the production process We are looking to hire flatwork operators for an industrial laundry specializing in cleaning and finishing hotel linens. The selected candidate will primarily be responsible for industrial pressing using calendering machines and related production process tasks. • Operation and feeding of industrial calendering machines • Quality control of garment pressing and finishing • Classification and preparation of textile items • Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations • Support for other production process tasks, as required * Catalan (spoken: Intermediate, written: Basic) * Spanish (spoken: Intermediate, written: Advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: • Ability to work in teams and in production environments • Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment • Prior experience in industrial laundries or similar environments is valued • Good physical condition for repetitive tasks and standing work * Indefinite-term employment contract * Intensive work schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1221' to '1300' * Other relevant information: • Afternoon shift: 13:00–20:00 h / Morning shift: 06:00–13:00 h • Working hours may vary depending on workload • During summer months, work is scheduled from Monday to Saturday, with two weekly days off: Sundays \+ one weekday. When working on Saturdays, advance notice will be provided.
