Teamwork and participation in center improvements. **Objective** Comprehensive direct care for adults with functional diversity, primarily of intellectual type, but often accompanied by dual pathology or associated physical conditions. Work takes place in residential homes in Barcelona; multiple vacancies need to be covered, and candidates may join the substitute pool since numerous temporary replacements arise throughout the year. **Responsibilities**: * Provide necessary assistance with hygiene, medication administration, feeding, dressing, household tasks, maintaining room order and hygienic\-sanitary conditions, and overnight supervision. * Stimulate and enhance users' abilities in learning or maintaining an active lifestyle. * Develop and implement activities outlined in the user's Individual Care Plan (ICP), jointly evaluate progress with the team, technical director, and psychologist, promoting autonomy according to users' needs and preferences. * Collaborate in health issue prevention and care, and in administering oral or topical medications as prescribed. Assist in managing and monitoring sphincter incontinence. * Conduct tutoring for assigned users. * Maintain communication with family members or legal guardians, informing them about the general condition of the person under care, advising on basic needs (clothing, nutrition, health, etc.), and coordinating with other related services (e.g., occupational workshops...). * Execute established or mandatory protocols and records: medication administration, hygiene, daily home log, and any others that may be introduced. * Receive and issue written information to coordinate with the technical director.\- Report any incidents relevant to improving care for the person under care to the appropriate professional (psychologist, technical director, etc.). * Develop and monitor ICPs, track health status, manage clothing inventory... * Maintain and control the residential home and its equipment: laundry, kitchen, rooms, table linens, bed sheets... * Ensure implementation of established protocols. * Respond to emergencies occurring at the residence (medical emergencies, falls, etc.) according to protocol. * Supervise and, if needed, maintain technical aids (walkers, crutches, wheelchairs...). * Promote user participation in recreational activities both inside the residence (monthly leisure activity schedule) and outside (community services). * Collaborative and coordinated teamwork with other professionals. * Attend periodic team meetings with the entity’s technical management and psychologist. * Participate in center improvement plans, such as specific projects for residences—for example: implementing alternative communication systems, dog-assisted therapy... * Weekly/monthly assemblies with users to address cohabitation issues and/or needs. **Profile:** * Training in healthcare, education, or social fields. * Prior experience providing care to adults with functional diversity, preferably in residential settings. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Seriousness, punctuality, and responsibility. * Availability to work weekends and holidays.
