




Job Summary: Educational technical assistant in a residential facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities, providing support for personal development and autonomy. Psychopedagogical care and support Educational technical assistant in a residential facility housing 10 individuals with intellectual disabilities, delivering necessary supports and enhancing personal development and self-determination to maximize each individual’s autonomy—particularly in leading their own lives, personal care, daily living activities within the residence, and promoting meaningful use of leisure time. - Supervision and/or support of personal care and daily living activities - Health monitoring and care - Management of medical emergencies as required, notifying the coordinator, family, or legal guardian - Fostering cohabitation relationships (interpersonal and social) and connections with the broader environment - Promoting habits of personal autonomy, self-protection, and appropriate conduct - Psychopedagogical support (individualized program, development and maintenance of daily living activities, sociocultural animation, leisure activities) - Development and evaluation of Individualized Educational Programs (IEPs) - Promotion of leisure and recreation - Behavioral support - Daily information handover to the technical team, social worker, and residence coordinator - Daily information handover to the supervisory staff team - Managing users’ pharmacy-related expenses, incurred exclusively for prescribed medication and personal use items - Ensuring order and upkeep of the residence. * Minimum 2 years of experience: At least two years’ experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is required. * UPPER SECONDARY VOCATIONAL TRAINING QUALIFICATION * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1500' to '1650' * Additional relevant information: This is the gross monthly salary established under the applicable collective agreement, prorated according to working hours. Salary supplements specified in the same collective agreement—including night shifts, weekends, and holidays—will also apply. Possibility of extending working hours.
