Badalona Comunicació, S.A. is launching an internal and external selection process to fill the position of Director/Head of Content and Informative Programming, with responsibilities for directing, coordinating and strategically driving the entity’s informative, audiovisual and digital content, in accordance with the organization’s operational needs and the principles of equality, merit, capacity, transparency and competition that must govern access to employment in the public business sector. Experience in editorial or informative leadership. Minimum three years’ experience in leadership, management, coordination or editing roles within audiovisual media, preferably local, regional or national television broadcasters, specifically in news programming, current affairs content or special coverage. / Informative model project. Submission of an innovative, viable and sufficiently detailed strategic project or plan for an informative model, taking into account Badalona Comunicació’s various platforms and channels—including television, radio, digital environment, on-demand content, streaming and social networks. / Digital transformation experience. Minimum three years’ experience in implementing, developing or coordinating integrated newsrooms, digital platforms, new narrative formats or multiplatform distribution strategies. For this purpose, candidates must provide or present an example of information dissemination integrating audiovisual, radio and digital formats. / Radio and television experience. Minimum three years’ experience in radio and/or television. / News writing experience. Minimum three years’ experience in writing, producing or editing informative content. / Team management experience. Minimum three years’ experience managing personnel, coordinating professional teams or overseeing operational direction of informative or audiovisual projects. / Social media and digital media experience. Minimum three years’ experience using, managing or coordinating social media, digital platforms and online distribution channels linked to informative or audiovisual content. / Academic qualifications. Degree in Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, Information Sciences or equivalent qualification. / Catalan language proficiency. Certification of Catalan level C or successful completion of the accreditation test established, if applicable, by Badalona Comunicació. / Valid driver’s license. Possession of a valid Class B driver’s license for manual transmission vehicles. * Experience: 36 months. We seek a Director/Head of Content and Informative Programming, responsible for directing, coordinating and strategically driving informative, audiovisual and digital content. Permanent contract. Full-time position. Working hours: 8:00–15:30.
