The position is intended for the attention and support of people with cerebral palsy and multiple disabilities during night shifts, ensuring their well-being, personal autonomy, and quality of life within the residential environment. • Direct care for residential users. • Personal care assistance in daily living activities. • Promoting, assisting with, or performing personal hygiene. • Reinforcing habits of autonomy according to each user’s needs. • Jointly participating with other professionals from the interdisciplinary team in the reception and welcoming of users. • Monitoring and promoting personal care and appearance. • Collaborating in the proper administration of medications and carrying out specific treatments according to healthcare staff guidelines. • Collaborating in the maintenance of technical aids (wheelchairs, walkers, etc.). • Developing and/or collaborating in recreational activities. • Developing and/or collaborating in various residential activities. • Accompanying users in recreational activities outside the residence. • Promoting communication and human, social, and interpersonal relationships among users, using alternative communication systems when appropriate. • Participating in residential team meetings. • Coordinating with the direct care technical team and the broader technical team. • Supporting daily living activities. • Adhering to the ethical code of Fundació l’Espiga. * 2 years of experience. • 2 years of experience.
