We are currently seeking to hire **Cafeteria Staff** to join our team. You will become part of a dynamic, professional, and highly experienced environment where creativity, commitment, and enthusiasm for growth within the craft are highly valued. **Cafeteria Staff – Artisanal Products** At La Perla, we seek a dynamic, customer-oriented individual to join our cafeteria team. You will work with artisanal products made in our own workshop, delivering a high-quality experience while attending to every detail of service. Your responsibilities will include preparing coffee and beverages, customer service, sales and cash handling, product assembly, restocking, and general support in the cafeteria’s daily operations. Prior cafeteria experience and knowledge of specialty coffee or barista work are especially valued; however, most important are attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to be part of a project focused on artisanal quality. We seek responsible, organized individuals with strong presence, capable of teamwork and delivering close, professional service to our customers. Requirements: Minimum Education: * Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Hospitality and Tourism. Minimum Experience: * At least 18 months of professional experience in confectionery or cafeteria settings. Desired Profile: * Organized, responsible individual with strong teamwork skills. * Ability to manage workload effectively under pressure, especially during peak demand periods. * Passion for customer service. * Food Handler’s Certificate. * Flexible working hours. Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of additional languages. * Type B driving license.
