Tasks according to the individualized care plan We are seeking a Home Care Assistant in Minas de Riotinto (Huelva). Responsibilities include providing care to users in their own homes or environments, following action protocols and care guidelines specified by the coordination staff, in accordance with each person's individualized care plan. A temporary replacement contract for vacation coverage is offered, with a weekly workload of 35 hours. Immediate start is required, and salary complies with the applicable collective agreement. Working hours are distributed between morning and afternoon shifts, Monday through Friday. Availability to cover rotating shifts and residence in the area—or easy access to it—is required. * Qualification as a Care Assistant (Nursing, Clinical, Socio-Healthcare, or similar), TCAE (Technical Nurse Assistant), or Professional Certification in Socio-Healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions. * Minimum 3 months of relevant experience is desirable.
