




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative professional for the logistics department with experience in administrative management, customer service, and order handling. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative role in logistics with customer and waste services management 2. Valued experience in transport logistics 3. End-to-end route and documentation management An industrial waste collection and transportation services company seeks to hire an administrative staff member for its Logistics Department. Management of external and internal customer email. Requesting and managing hazardous waste services. Handling incoming customer, manager, and driver telephone calls. Creating electronic FS/DI (waste manifests) for waste transportation and/or management. Reviewing FS and DI license plate information. Adding/recording services in the management software for work planning. Assigning all non-itinerant tasks to each driver and license plate in the management software (Seinto), followed by review (assignment and documentation). Managing daily incidents. Planning non-itinerant routes (substitutions due to absences of the assigned staff). * Minimum 4 years’ experience. Experience in administrative management of customer service and order handling. Experience in a transport logistics workplace is valued. * Medium-level Vocational Training Certificate (FP de Grau Mig) * Competencies / Knowledge: Intermediate-level office software proficiency * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1600' to '1900' * Additional relevant information: Health insurance through the General Mutual of Catalonia (Muta General de Catalunya), effective after one year of seniority with the company
