At UNIR – Universidad Internacional de La Rioja – we aim to hire **Educational Mentors** who wish to develop their professional careers in **Logroño**, supporting our students in their online studies. ### **Where will you work?** The position is based on-site in **Logroño (La Rioja)**. This is an excellent opportunity for those who value **relocating** and wish to grow within a solid and expanding organization. ### **What will be your mission?** To accompany students throughout their academic journey, ensuring a satisfying experience, fostering motivation, and contributing to their success. ### **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Accompany students throughout their entire academic journey. * Guide and motivate students to achieve their educational goals. * Serve as a liaison between students and faculty, facilitating communication. * Provide support in academic and administrative procedures. You will be a key element in shaping students’ university experience. ### **What are we looking for?** * Minimum qualification: Higher Vocational Training Certificate or University Degree. * Proficient use of digital tools. * Strong communication skills and student-centered orientation. * Residence in Logroño or **ability to relocate**. ### **What do we offer?** * Full-time or part-time contract, depending on availability. **On-site working hours:** * **Full-time:** Monday to Thursday: 10:00–15:00 and 16:00–19:30 Three Fridays per month: 10:30–14:30 One Friday per month on a split shift * **Part-time:** Monday to Friday: 15:00–21:00 * Hybrid work model after the first six months. * Annual financial incentives. * Professional development plan and continuous training. * Positive work environment and collaborative team. * 26 working days of vacation + 4 personal days + 16 annual flex-hours. * 80% tuition discount for studying at UNIR. * Access to employee discount portal. *Dare to make the move to Logroño and turn your vocation for helping others into your profession.
