To sustain continuous growth, we are looking to hire a *Senior Business Developer* for our Valencia team. ***What would your day-to-day look like as a Business Developer?*** * Conduct cold outreach via telephone calls to potential B2B client companies, supported by our Commercial Assistance department * Carry out commercial visits to SMEs and large enterprises * Establish and maintain direct contact with key financial and executive decision-makers at prospective clients * Handle negotiation and contract closing ***What do you need to succeed in this role?*** * Approximately 3–4 years’ experience in commercial roles * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle * Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills; proactivity, organization, and initiative ***What do we offer as your future employer?*** * Permanent contract and career development plan within a rapidly growing and expanding multinational * Full-time schedule with flexible start and end times: Monday–Thursday, 8:30–9:30 AM to 6:00–7:00 PM, with 1 hour for lunch; Fridays, intensive schedule from 8:00–8:30 AM to 3:00–3:30 PM * Intensive work schedule during August * Remote work according to company policy * Social benefits including private health insurance and flexible compensation for meal allowances * Unlimited free fruit, coffee, and herbal teas in the office * Enjoy your birthday as a paid day off
