




**Role Purpose:** Define and implement a plant maintenance strategy aligned with site performance objectives. Additionally, act as the global-level contact point for all matters related to site maintenance. Ensure that all technical operations comply with safety, quality, and cost standards. Guarantee adherence to Global standards (STD and/or GOP – SOP). Ensure clear and regular communication with the Process Maintenance Engineering Manager to establish necessary site priorities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Define medium- and long-term equipment criticality plans * Define optimal and standardized maintenance plans for all site equipment. Establish modification criteria based on historical data, costs, reliability, etc. * Support in managing (diagnosing and resolving) technical incidents affecting the site. Analyze recurrences and develop action plans if necessary. * Manage documentarily all existing procedures in the process maintenance area. * Analyze technological obsolescence of equipment and spare parts. Define action plans and associated upgrade projects. * Manage technical documentation for all equipment in the process maintenance area. * Maintain accurate technical location inventory for all equipment in the process maintenance area. * Act as the official key user for the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS/GMAO). * Serve as the global focal point for all aspects related to the VDM (Value Driven Maintenance) program. * Manage methodological projects prioritized within process maintenance. * Manage administrative access rights for equipment within process maintenance. * Be responsible for the forms warehouse and related process improvements. * Support Lean Manufacturing team projects requiring technical expertise for implementation. * Promote technical improvements in safety, quality, and performance within the production unit. * Coordinate proposals for material harmonization, new formats, and specification changes. * Verify Marking Plans and serve as liaison with Logistics. * Review material technical sheets and artworks. * Participate in validations, qualifications, and projects when required. * Collaborate with execution teams in complaint investigations, action plans, and follow-up activities. * Work alongside execution to ensure technical interventions on equipment meet quality regulations and do not negatively impact product quality. * Contribute to the site-defined quality program. * Ensure product quality in accordance with company standards and applicable legislation within the area of responsibility. * Support implementation of technical actions arising from risk alerts and deviations in the production unit. * Participate in Lean initiatives when necessary. * Foster positive human relations and communication, promoting an environment conducive to achieving team results. * Ensure safety and environmental protection in accordance with company policies and applicable legislation within the area of responsibility. * Participate in fulfilling the site's HSE program. * Comply with and ensure personal safety and the safety of personnel working within the immediate environment. **Education and Experience Required:** * 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related sectors (cosmetics, food, etc.). * Minimum qualification: Technical Engineering degree or equivalent, preferably in Industrial Mechanics and/or Industrial Electricity/Electronics. * Previous experience in the same role – Reliability – will be positively considered. * Minimum English level: First Certificate (B2). All Global meetings and reference documents (guidelines and PNTs) are conducted in this language. * Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with various site departments (QA, SC, tec). * Good synthesis capability. * Experience working in an objective-driven environment.
