




Job Summary: Promote prevention, safety, and health by collaborating with the OHS responsible person in developing, evaluating, and planning preventive activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in occupational health and safety (OHS) management across various environments 2. Prepare and manage OHS documentation 3. Participate in OHS audits and safety committees OBJECTIVE(S) Generally promote prevention, safety, and health. Collaborate with the OHS responsible person within their area—whether at assigned construction sites, clients' premises, or internally for our employees. Carry out duties defined for the position, meeting deadlines established by labor authorities where applicable. FUNCTIONS * Preparation of OHS documentation (Prevention Plan, Procedures, Instructions, records, etc.) * Collaboration in risk assessments (job-specific, activity-specific, client-specific, etc.), including necessary measurements, analyses, or tests. * Planning of preventive activities, including protective and preventive measures to be implemented, and, where applicable, personal protective equipment required to control and reduce risks. * Conducting general information and training activities for workers (at all levels). * Analyzing and identifying training needs; developing training modules. * Monitoring the effectiveness of implemented preventive measures and the effectiveness of the program for controlling working conditions and reducing risks (Safety Inspections, CAE Meetings, etc.). * Directing emergency response and first-aid actions; preparing emergency drills. * Investigating accidents and incidents; recording work-related accidents and occupational diseases resulting in work incapacity exceeding one workday (calculation of accident indicators, etc.). * Managing medical examinations with designated centers according to location. * Managing CAE activities and supporting document management for all relevant activities and clients (drafting Specific Prevention Plans, OHS management documents). * Attending Safety and Health Committees. * Providing support and participating in OHS audits, if requested. * Collaborating with services and entities competent in risk prevention (External Prevention Services, Platforms). ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION(S) \- OTHER Higher Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE At least three years of experience in a similar position.
