Requirements * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a programmer or analyst. * Solid knowledge of COBOL, Mainframe, or PL1 (at least one of these). * Experience with Batch and Online workflows. * Experience in creating and managing JCL chains. * Ability to analyze problems and propose sustainable and efficient solutions. **Additionally, the following are desirable:** * Functional knowledge of the banking sector. * Familiarity with agile methodologies or experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
